| Day 01 |
Arrival - Kunming
Upon your arrival in Kunming, our tour guide will
pick you up at the airport and transfer to your hotel.

| Day 02 |
Kunming - Lijiang
(BL)
Take morning flight to Lijiang.
Visit Lijiang Old Town and Jade Spring Park (Black Dragon
Pool).
Lijiang
Old Town: Built in the late Song dynasty (960-1279
A.D.) and the early Yuan dynasty (1206-1368 A.D.), Lijiang
is a Historical and Cultural Heritage in China and it
has been included in the World Cultural Heritage. Lijiang
is also the center of the Naxi people, a relatively
small minority group with a rich culture.

ancient Pavilions and Bridges in. |

| Day 03 |
Lijiang - Tiger-leaping
Gorge (BLD)
Drive to Qiaotou Town, which is the entrance to the
Tiger-leaping Gorge. Start cycling into the gorge, the
road is rough, the altitude is about 2000m above see
level, you will bike about 12 km to Walnut Grove which
is a tranquil village in the middle part of the gorge,
overnight in Woody's House. |

| Day 04 |
Tiger-leaping
Gorge - Haba (BLD)
Cycle about 20 km to Haba village, and get out of the
gorge, the road start going up. Stay tonight at Snow
Sea Hostel. |

| Day 05 |
Haba - Shangri-la
(BLD)
Cycle about 18 km to Sanba village, visit the White
Water Terrace, the sacred land of Naxi Dongba Culture.
Your driver will pick you up and drive to Shangri-la.
Stay tonight in Shangri-la. |

| Day 06 |
Shangri-la (BLD)
Today is a tough day, you will ride about 105 km to
Wongshui village which is 3700 m above sea level, on
the way, the road will go through a mountain pass which
is 4300 m high. But the scenery is very beautiful. Stay
tonight in a Tibetan family. |

| Day 07 |
Shangri-la (BLD)
Trek about 6 km into the Shangri-la Canyon, sightseeing
in the canyon, after having lunch in a Tibetan family,
trek out the canyon and drive back to Shangri-la. |

| Day 08 |
Shangri-la (BLD)
Cycle about 8 km to a beautiful alpine lake - the Napahai
Lake, the lake is a nature reserve for birds, especially
the black-necked crane. After lunch, Visit Songzanlin
Monastery.
Napahai
Lake: A provincial nature reserve, which is located
8 km northwest of Zhongdian County, with a total area
of 2,400 hectares, surrounded by mountains on three
sides, which are capped with deep snow during winter
and spring.
Songzanlin
Lamasery: It is the largest Tibetan Buddhist Temple
in Yunnan Province, built in 1679 under Emperor Kang
Xi's authorization after the fifth Dalai Lama sent a
report to him, also one of the famous monasteries in
the Tibetan area. It now has over 700 Buddhist monks.

| Day 09 |
Shangri-la -
Kunming - Departure (BL)
Take morning flight to Kunming.Visit
the Dragon Gate and the Daguan Park. Transfer
to the airport and fly to your next desitination, service
ends
Dragon
Gate: It consists of the Sanqing Temple Complex
and the Dragon Gate Grotto Complex, located in the Western
Hills, it's 15 km west of Kunming City, close to the
west shore of the Dianchi Lake. The scene is well noted
for its dangerousness and uniqueness.
Daguan
Park: A picturesque lakeside park located in the
southwestern suburb of Kunming City.

Quotation Includes
1. The economy-class air charges
of the domestic flight or soft sleeper/seat train charge
between cities as specified in the itinerary.
2. The hotel accommodation
is based on two persons sharing one standard twin room with
private facilities in all relevant locations. If a single
client requests a twin room alone, the single room supplement
will be charged.
3. For the land tour in each
city, daily American breakfast is served in the hotel, and
Chinese lunch and/or dinner will be served with two cups
of soft drink outside the hotel. All meal arrangements are
served as the itinerary specifies.
4. Private transfers for you
and your party as a group between airports, train stations,
hotels and all sightseeing spots. Separate arrivals and
departures will incur extra charges.
5. One private English-speaking
guide and driver will accompany you on all normal sightseeing
tours in each city.
6. Entrance fees to the tourist
sites.
7. Should your tour include
a cruise, then the shore excursion in groups and activities
will be subject to the arrangements made by the cruise company.
8. China Life Tourist Accident/Casualty
Insurance. We highly recommend that you purchase full coverage
travel insurance from you country of origin.
9. The Tibet Travel Permit
application fee applicable, if your tour includes Tibet.

1. The
