
Day 01	Arrival - Lijiang Upon arrival in Lijiang, you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel for check-in. visit Sifangjie Street in Dayan Old Town. Lijiang Old Town: Built in the late Song dynasty (960-1279 A.D.) and the early Yuan dynasty (1206-1368 A.D.), Lijiang is a Historical and Cultural Heritage in China and it has been included in the World Cultural Heritage. Lijiang is also the center of the Naxi people, a relatively small minority group with a rich culture.

Day 02	Lijiang (Breakfast + Lunch) Visit the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Baisha Fresco, the Ancient Shuhe Village of Naxi people. Jade Dragon Snow Mountain: The mountain is a located 15 kilometers north of Lijiang, It is the southernmost mountain with snow-capped all year round in the Northern Hemisphere. Shanzidou, the main peak at 5,569 meters above sea level, looks like a gigantic dragon clad in white snow all year round. There are over 6,500 different kinds of plants on the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, including 400 types of trees in 20 primeval forest communities. Baisha Mural: Drew in the early Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), it stores 44 pieces of murals in total, specializing in the religious stories. They are quite different from other frescos. Each painting includes at least one hundred portraits, but perspective is used very well, and the close, middle and establishing images are clear. The earliest one is in the Glazed Hall. It was painted before 1417. In the period, the religious painting in Central Plain of China had gone downgrade. In the Tang and Song dynasties, Taoism was popular. The famous painter all liked making religious paintings.

Day 03	Lijiang - Lugu Lake (Breakfast + Lunch) Drive 6 hours to the Lugu Lake. On the way, you will see the impressive view of the lofty mountains and torrential rivers. The driver will stop for you to take photos of the deep gorges and ethnic Yi people's villages in the high mountains. Lugu Lake: A brilliant pearl shimmering among the mountains. Covering an area of more than 50 square kilometers with an average depth of 45 meters, it is composed of five island. The beauty of the lake with its surrounding breath-taking scenery makes this lake an excellent tourist resort. Travel around Lugu Lake, you can also visit many cultural sites and scenic spots scattered along the lake. Mosuo People: They are the only people who are keeping the traditional customs of Matriarchy system. The most of adults live at the mother's home. The old sayings is "the men and women never marry anybody". The men and women only keep the relationship of spending night occasionally. Called "Azhu" meaning the close partners.

Day 04	Lugu Lake - Lijiang (Breakfast + Lunch) Have a cruise in the Lugu lake by wooden boat. Explore the Liwubi Island and the Headman's Island. The picturesque mountains and waters, and interesting ledends make here a more mysterious place. Here, one can experience the authentic happy life of Mosuo people. Drive back to Lijiang in the afternoon.

Day 05	Lijiang - Departure (Breakfast) Transfer to Lijiang airport to connect with your onward flight.

Service Includes

1. The economy-class air charges of the domestic flight or soft sleeper/seat train charge between cities as specified in the itinerary.
2. The hotel accommodation is based on two persons sharing one standard twin room with private facilities in all relevant locations. If a single client requests a twin room alone, the single room supplement will be charged.
3. For the land tour in each city, daily American breakfast is served in the hotel, and Chinese lunch and/or dinner will be served with two cups of soft drink outside the hotel. All meal arrangements are served as the itinerary specifies.
4. Private transfers for you and your party as a group between airports, train stations, hotels and all sightseeing spots. Separate arrivals and departures will incur extra charges.
