| Day 01 |
Arrival - Kunming
Upon your arrival in Kunming, our tour guide will
pick you up at the airport and transfer to your hotel.
Visit the Dragon Gate and the Daguan Park.
Dragon
Gate: It consists of the Sanqing Temple Complex
and the Dragon Gate Grotto Complex, located in the
Western Hills, it's 15 km west of Kunming City, close
to the west shore of the Dianchi Lake. The scene is
well noted for its dangerousness and uniqueness.
Daguan
Park: A picturesque lakeside park located in the
southwestern suburb of Kunming City.

| Day 02 |
Kunming - Dali
(BL)
Today take flight to Dali. We will have a cruise on
Lake Erhai, visit the Old Town of Dali, local Bai
villages (typical Bai building) in Xizhou, the local
Tie-dying in Zhoucheng and the Three pagodas in Chongshen
Temple.
Lake
Erhai: The second largest lake in Yunnan Province,
a fresh water lake in the Yunnan Plateau at an elevation
of 1972 metres, with a length of 42 km and width of
8 km.
Xizhou:
Historically, it was a military fortress of Nanzhao
Kingdom and a temporary palace of the King of Nanzhao.
Because of its favourable geographical situation, the
town used to be a commercial centre.
Dali
Old Town: A historically and culturally famous city
of China, is renowned for her historical interest, and
an important pass of the ancient "Silk Route of
the South".
Three
pagodas: Wonders of Dali, consists of three pagodas
erected during the Wudai Period (907-979 A.D.) of the
Dali Kingdom. The Three Pagodas are representation of
the ancient architectural and cultural arts of the Bai
nationality. |

| Day 03 |
Dali - Lijiang
(BL)
Drive to Lijiang. On the way stop
at Xinhua village where the Bais are famous for making
silver articles. Arrive Lijiang, visit Lijiang Old Town,
Sifangjie Street, Jade Spring Park (Black Dragon Pool),
Dongba Museum, Shuhe village. Enjoy ancient Naxi music
in the evening.
Lijiang
Old Town: Built in the late Song dynasty (960-1279
A.D.) and the early Yuan dynasty (1206-1368 A.D.), Lijiang
is a Historical and Cultural Heritage in China and it
has been included in the World Cultural Heritage. Lijiang
is also the center of the Naxi people, a relatively
small minority group with a rich culture.

| Day 04 |
Lijiang (BL)
Visit the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Yunshang Spruce
Meadow, Yufeng Temple, Ganhaizi Level Ground and Baisha
Fresco.
Jade
Dragon Snow Mountain: It's 4,000 meters above sea
level, the highest peak Shanzidou, 5,569 meters high,
together with the other 13 peaks which run 35 kilometers
from the south to the north, look like a giant crystal
jade dragon and thus get the name.
Baisha
Fresco: It was made from 1385 to 1619, employing
the eclectic artist energies of Chines Daoist , Tibetan
and Naxi Buddhists and local dongba shamans.
Yufeng
Temple: Built in the last year of the Kangxi Period
of the Qing dynasty, it is one of the five important
Lamaist temples in Lijiang. |

| Day 05 |
Lijiang - Shangri-la
(BLD)
Drive 180Km to Shangri-la. On the way, visit the Tiger
Leaping Gorge and the First bend of the Yangtze River.
The
First Bend of the Yangtze River: The Jinsha River,
the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, rises in the
Qinghai Tibet Plateau and flows southward. When the
river reaches Shigu Township of Lijiang County, it makes
an abrupt turn and flows northward, forming a great
V-shaped bend reputed as the First Great Bend of the
Yangtze River.
Tiger-Leaping
Gorge: One of the deepest canyons of the world,
the Tiger Leaping Gorge is famous in the world for its
majesty and grotesquery. |

| Day 06 |
Shangri-la - Deqen

Drive from Shangri-la to Deqen, 110km, visit the Flying
temple on the way. |

| Day 07 |
Deqen
(BLD)
Visit the Mingyong Glacier at Meili Snow Mountain.
Meili
Snow Mountain: Towering like a pyramid is located
about 10km west of Deqing City in Diqing Prefecture.
As the sun rises in the east, the snow-mountain looks
splendid, draped in gold. Low altitude modern glaciers,
can be found in this area, of particular interest
to those engaged in geological research. Under Kawageber
Peak, Mingyuchia Glacier and Sichia Glacier stretch
down to the forest at an elevation of 2,700 meters;
this area is accessible. However, the highest peak,
Kawageber Peak some 6,740 meters above sea level,
is still a "virgin peak", untouched till
now. Mountaineers from China, Great Britain, the US,
and Japan have failed to conquer the peak over the
years. In 1991, 17 mountaineers from China and Japan
trying to conquer the peak lost their lives on the
snow-mountain.

Deqen - Shangri-La

Drive from Deqen to Zhongdian. Free time. |

| Day 09 |
Shangri-la
- Kunming (BL)
Visit Highland Lake Bitahai, the Songzanlin Lamasery,
the Napahai Lake and a Tibetan famly. Take evening
flight to Kunming.
Bitahai Lake: Surrounded by wooded mountains and
resembles a beryl inlaid among them, Bitahai is the
most beautiful and highest lake in Yunnan, covers
an area of 166 hectares. The surrounding mountains
are densely scattered with azaleas, and each year
in late spring and early summer, when the flowers
are in full bloom, the hillsides seem to be dyed red.
Songzanlin
Lamasery: It is the largest Tibetan Buddhist Temple
in Yunnan Province, built in 1679 under Emperor Kang
Xi's authorization after the fifth Dalai Lama sent
a report to him, also one of the famous monasteries
in the Tibetan area. It now has over 700 Buddhist
monks.
Napahai Lake: A provincial nature reserve, which
is located 8 km northwest of Zhongdian County, with
a total area of 2,400 hectares, surrounded by mountains
on three sides, which are capped with deep snow during
winter and spring.

| Day 10 |
Kunming
- Departure (BL)
After breakfast, drive 90 KM to Lunan county to visit
the Stone Forest. Transfer to the airport and fly
to your next desitination, service ends.
Stone
Forest: A typical Karst landform, it is 350 square
kilometers in area, groups of gray-black stone peaks,
and stone pillars rise abruptly, pointing to the sky,
like a very dense forest just as its name infers.

Quotation Includes
1. The economy-class air charges
of the domestic flight or soft sleeper/seat train charge
between cities as specified in the itinerary.
2. The hotel accommodation
is based on two persons sharing one standard twin room with
private facilities in all relevant locations. If a single
client requests a twin room alone, the single room supplement
will be charged.
3. For the land tour in each
city, daily American breakfast is served in the hotel, and
Chinese lunch and/or dinner will be served with two cups
of soft drink outside the hotel. All meal arrangements are
served as the itinerary specifies.
4. Private transfers for you
and your party as a group between airports, train stations,
hotels and all sightseeing spots. Separate arrivals and
departures will incur extra charges.
5. One private English-speaking
guide and driver will accompany you on all normal sightseeing
tours in each city.
6. Entrance fees to the tourist
sites.
7. Should your tour include
a cruise, then the shore excursion in groups and activities
will be subject to the arrangements made by the cruise company.

Insurance. We highly recommend that you purchase full coverage
travel insurance from you country of origin.
